Using special props designed by Yamuna Zake, you'll learn a series of routines that strengthen your feet, improving function and flexibility. Feet contain reflex points that affect the entire body, so working your feet helps keep all of you healthy! Your practitioner analyzes the alignment and function of your feet, then teaches you routines for your specific needs. | Yamuna® Yoga Her roots are deep in yoga practice, and this knowledge infuses all of the Yamuna disciplines. Your practitioner analyzes your body, then takes you through a series of Yamuna® Yoga routines designed specifically for your needs. Yamuna® Based Pilates A private Yamuna® Pilates session using the Pilates equipment and education combined with the Yamuna® education and products is the crème de la crème of private Pilates. The thorough anatomy training received in Yamuna trainings allows the practitioner to be able to fully assess the alignment and structural issues and be able to create the correct session for each person. These sessions are very hands-on. This means that a trained practitioner has the ability to hold your body in correct alignment as you move through a reformer or Cadillac workout. As a client you relax knowing that your instructor will help you stay on track and keep your alignment throughout the exercises to avoid injuries and promote rapid structural changes. |
